    Pyramid of Tirana Summit

    MAJA E PIRAMIDËS

Following a massive, multi million Euro renovation, the iconic sloping walls of this former communist monument are now entirely covered in public staircases. Climbing to the flat summit offers a highly unique, mid level vantage point right in the very heart of the capital. You get a fantastic, unobstructed view looking straight down the grand, tree lined main boulevard. Sky Tower Rotating Bar

Situated high above the trendy Blloku district, this is the classic, old school way to see the city from above. The entire circular bar slowly rotates, providing a complete 360 degree panoramic view without you ever having to leave your seat. You can watch the chaotic traffic, the colourful apartment blocks, and the distant mountains all slowly drift by. The rotation mechanism can be slightly jerky, adding a quirky, retro charm to the experience. It is the absolute perfect place to grab a cocktail as the sun sets and the city lights flicker on.

    Petrela Castle Viewpoint

    KALAJA E PETRELËS

Perched dramatically on a sharp, rocky peak just south of the city, this ancient fortress offers incredibly dramatic, moody scenery. The 2,000 year old walls overlook a lush, winding river valley and rolling green hills. Because it sits outside the main urban basin, the views here are wildly natural and romantic. There is a fantastic traditional restaurant built right into the ancient ruins where you can enjoy the panorama with a glass of local wine. The combination of fierce medieval history and sweeping valley views is highly intoxicating.
