COASTALRURAL

Cancale Oyster Route

Cycling Route

This is a longer, more demanding ride that pushes out into the rural headlands east of the city. You will cycle past open farm fields and small villages built entirely from dark granite. The coastline here is wild and undeveloped, with steep drops down to isolated coves. The effort pays off upon reaching the neighbouring port, where you can eat fresh seafood directly from the farmers on the seawall.
